Two-room (54m2) apartment located on the first floor of a single-family terraced house located
Within the Rycerska estate. The apartment consists of a kitchen, living room, bedroom and terrace
equipped with garden furniture.
The entrance to the apartment is from the side of Rycerska street, while access by car is possible
is from the garden (entrance from 11-listopada street from the side of the garages).
The kitchen is equipped with a dining table with a glass top, 4 chairs, gas stove , refrigerator
under-counter, built-in furniture, toaster, electric kettle, filter coffee maker and pots ,
dishes and cutlery necessary for preparing meals. The kitchen is a separate room,
but there is no possibility to close the door.

The living room opens onto a terrace equipped with garden furniture.
