Our office is located at the very corner of the building number 4ab, the last office behind the vet's office, opposite the playground.

The 2-room apartment with an area of 47m2 consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub. The living room with a large balcony (there is garden furniture on the balcony) is equipped with a sofa bed (160x200cm area when unfolded), a dining table with 4 cushioned chairs and a kitchen area.
The windows of the living room and the balcony face south.
Annex with built-in furniture, electric stove, under-counter refrigerator and a set of dishes, pots and cutlery necessary for preparing meals.
The kitchen equipment also includes a capsule coffee maker from Tchibo, an electric kettle, a toaster.
In the hallway area, a large built-in closet.

Bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed with a single mattress (note! the bed is seated low to the floor), a sofa bed, a chest of drawers and a 32" LCD TV capable of receiving only programs of Polish broadcasters (terrestrial programs).
The bedroom windows face east and south and are equipped with blinds.
Bathroom with bathtub and toilet and with automatic washing machine.
Additional equipment: iron with ironing board, vacuum cleaner.
The apartment is prepared for a maximum of 4 people.
Pets are not accepted.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building equipped with an elevator. The new building's architectural style refers to the neighboring historical tenements. Recently, all the tenements along the street have undergone renovation conducted under the supervision of a conservationist. New trees have appeared and car traffic has been restricted. The apartment is located close to the city center, yet in a quiet neighborhood.
From here it is close to the restored historic parks: Chopin Park and Zdrojowy Park, as well as the port or the city center.

There is also a wheelchair ramp leading to the main entrance.
There is no parking space assigned to the apartment. Parking is possible in public parking spaces along the streets (subject to availability) or in a guarded paid parking lot on Piastowska Street.
