Spacious and comfortable apartment with a living room, bedroom, and large terrace.
Modernly furnished, comfortable, and well-equipped apartment located on the 4th floor of the modern Kormoran apartment building, situated in the seaside district of Świnoujście. An elevator is available. In front of the building, there is a fountain and benches for relaxation, as well as a promenade with restaurants, cafés, and service points. Słowackiego Street, where the apartment is located, has limited car traffic.
The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, an armchair, a dining table with chairs, and a TV. The kitchenette includes all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing and enjoying meals. Additional equipment includes a dishwasher, under-counter refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle, and oven. The living room also has a desk with a chair. From the living room, there is access to a spacious terrace with garden furniture and a smaller balcony.
The bedroom features a continental bed (sleeping surface 140x200 cm), a wardrobe, and an additional TV.
The hallway has a large wardrobe. Guests have access to a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, a washbasin, and a washing machine, as well as a separate room with a toilet and small washbasin.
