Most common guest questions
What are check-in and check-out hours?
Check-in: 15:00-22:00. Check-out: by 10:00. Late check-out or early check-in — possible for an additional fee or by individual agreement (check 24h in advance).
When and how do I pay for the reservation?
30% deposit on booking (card or transfer). Remaining amount — cash or card at check-in or transfer up to 14 days before arrival. We accept Visa, Mastercard, BLIK.
Can I cancel or change my reservation?
Free cancellation up to 30 days before stay (deposit refund). From 30 to 14 days before — 50% refund. Less than 14 days — non-refundable deposit. Date change possible subject to availability, no additional fees.
Can I bring a dog?
In some apartments — yes, by prior arrangement. Fee 50 PLN/night per animal. Maximum 1-2 animals depending on apartment and weight. List of pet-friendly apartments available in listing descriptions.
Is there Wi-Fi? How fast?
Yes, Wi-Fi included in all apartments. Standard 100 Mbps, in apartments with home office — symmetric 300 Mbps. Password on the welcome card.
Is there parking?
Yes — parking space included in all apartments. Most in the building's underground garage or in a fenced housing estate parking. Exact location given in the welcome email.
How close is the beach?
All our apartments are 80-300 metres from the Świnoujście city beach. Exact distance given in each apartment description. 1-4 minute walk.
Is final cleaning included?
Yes — final cleaning included in the price. You don't need to wash bedding or floors. Just leave the apartment in "reasonable condition" — take out the trash, put dishes in the dishwasher.
Is a deposit collected?
Yes — refundable deposit 200-500 PLN depending on apartment standard. Collected via card hold at check-in or cash. Returned within 24h after check-out if all is fine.
Do you offer transfer from train station or airport?
Yes — transfer from Świnoujście train station (5 min, 30 PLN), from Szczecin-Goleniów airport (1h 45min, from 250 PLN), from Heringsdorf DE airport (15 min, 80 PLN). Booking at check-in.
Can I smoke in the apartments?
No. All our apartments are 100% non-smoking. Smoking on the balcony/terrace — yes, in the apartment — 500 PLN penalty and loss of deposit. Also applies to e-cigarettes and other forms of smoking.
Can I organise a party?
No. Apartments are intended for rest, not parties. Maximum number of people in the apartment according to the contract. Violation results in immediate contract termination without refund.

Rules we keep together
- Check-in: 15:00-22:00. Check-out: by 10:00.
- Quiet hours: 22:00-6:00. All sounds reaching outside the apartment must be muted.
- No smoking in apartments. Violation: 500 PLN penalty + loss of deposit.
- Pets: only by prior arrangement (50 PLN/night). Pet-friendly list in descriptions.
- Number of guests: as declared in reservation. Each additional person: 100 PLN/person/night.
- Responsibility: guest bears full financial responsibility for property damage.
- Parties: prohibited. Violation results in immediate termination without refund.
- Final cleaning: included. Just take out trash and put dishes in dishwasher.
- Deposit: 200-500 PLN card hold. Returned 24h after check-out if no claims.
- Cancellation policy: free up to 30 days, 50% refund 14-30 days, none <14 days.
