How do we start the cooperation?

We assess the property for its short-term rental potential. We analyse the location, the standard of furnishing and the elements that matter from the guests' perspective, in order to determine the apartment's potential and prepare the right rental strategy.

Preparing the apartment and the listing

After signing the agreement and handing over the keys, we take over all the work related to preparing the property for rental. We arrange a photo session, prepare the listing and publish it on the booking platforms. The whole process usually takes 2–3 days.

Complete rental management

We provide full guest service – from the first booking to the end of the stay. We handle check-in, key handover, payments, cleaning and coordinate the day-to-day matters of the apartment. We stay in constant contact with both owners and guests.
