Frequently asked questions

When do you start paying me for bookings?

Payments arrive monthly, by the 15th of the month following the settled month. Together with the transfer you receive a detailed report of bookings and costs.

Can I use the apartment myself?

Yes, of course. Just book a date in our calendar — preferably 2-3 weeks in advance so we can block this period from guests. No additional fees.

What is the typical service rate?

Standard 18-22% of turnover (gross). Rate negotiable depending on apartment standard, location and expected number of bookings. No hidden fees, no booking commissions.

Which utilities and fees are included?

In the standard contract utilities (water, electricity, heating, gas) are paid by the owner — that's the market standard in our industry. Alternative models (flat rate, split) available for individual arrangement.

What if a guest damages the apartment?

We collect a refundable deposit at every reservation (200-500 PLN depending on apartment standard). Minor damages covered from the deposit, major ones — from civil liability insurance we have as part of our company policy.

Can I terminate the contract?

Yes — notice period is 60 days. No penalties, no additional fees. We hand over keys, booking statistics and full documentation.
